Agreement

By downloading or using PawShot, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable terms of Apple or Google governing your device and app store account.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PawShot on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store or Play Store terms.

For iOS users, PawShot is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): Apple Standard EULA.

Subscriptions

PawShot Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription managed through Apple or Google. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies:

• Apple Media Services Terms
• Google Play Terms of Service

Acceptable use

Use PawShot responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. Do not use the app to harass animals or people, or to capture images without consent where required by law.

Disclaimer

PawShot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
